Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all guests and to respect our stylists’ time, we kindly ask that all clients review our salon policies before booking.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment voided or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any communication will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with our salon and full service amount will be charged on the card on file.
